📄 Terms of Use for Boscape

1. Payments and Payment Provider

• Payments made through Boscape are processed by PayPal, which acts as an external payment provider.
• Boscape is not responsible for any issues related to credit cards or payment failures processed by PayPal.
• The Host agrees to both PayPal's and Boscape's applicable fees when requesting a payout (“request payment”).

2. Refunds

• If the Host or Client cancels the activity and the reservation was paid, the Client will receive a total refund, some fees may apply, our base currency is USD if the method you paid have another currency you may lose some money because PayPal conversion.
• Once the activity has been canceled, the Host will not receive any benefit from the associated bookings.

3. Fraud and Responsibility

• Boscape is not responsible for fraud committed by the Host or fraudulent bookings made by the Client.
• If a Host fails to carry out an activity while keeping it marked as “active”, and the Client does not cancel before the scheduled reservation date, Boscape will not be held liable, and the situation will be entirely the Client’s responsibility.
• In the event of any conflict or suspected fraud, the Client is solely responsible for contacting the Host of the activity.

4. Host Invoicing

• Pending invoices and payouts for the Host will only be available once a booking has been completed successfully and has not been canceled.

5. Payouts to PayPal

• Boscape will transfer the funds to the Host’s PayPal account within 72 hours after the payout request is made.
• Once the money has been transferred, Boscape is no longer responsible for whether the funds are successfully received or not.
• It is the Host’s sole responsibility to ensure that their PayPal account is functioning correctly and able to receive payments.

6. General Liability Disclaimer

• Boscape is not responsible for the availability, quality, safety, or execution of the activities offered by Hosts.
• The use of the platform is at your own risk. Boscape is not liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from your use of the platform.

7. Cancellation Policy

• Each Host defines the cancellation terms and time limits when creating the activity.
• Clients must review the cancellation conditions before booking. Boscape is not responsible for refunds outside of the policy set by the Host.

8. Intellectual Property

• All content, logos, designs, and materials on the Boscape platform are the property of Boscape or their respective owners.
• It is prohibited to reproduce, distribute, or use any material from the platform without prior written authorization.

9. Minimum Age for Payments

• Only individuals over 18 years of age or legally authorized may complete payments through Boscape.
• By making a payment, the user confirms compliance with this requirement.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By using Boscape, both Hosts and Clients expressly agree to these terms, and acknowledge that they have read, understood, and accepted all the conditions outlined herein.
