1. Payments and Payment Provider

• Payments made through Boscape are processed by PayPal, which acts as an external payment provider.
• Boscape is not responsible for any issues related to credit cards or payment failures processed by PayPal.
• Boscape only acts as a means to process the payment, Boscape does not retain any money, any errors should be communicated directly to PayPal.

2. Reservations refunds

• If the Host or Client cancels the activity and the reservation was paid, the client should communicate with the host to get the money back if applies, Boscape is not responsable of the refunds of the clients.

3. Fraud and Responsibility

• Boscape is not responsible for fraud committed by the Host or fraudulent bookings made by the Client.
• If a Host fails to carry out an activity while keeping it marked as “active”, and the Client does not cancel before the scheduled reservation date, Boscape will not be held liable, and the situation will be entirely the Client’s responsibility.
• In the event of any conflict or suspected fraud, the Client is solely responsible for contacting the Host of the activity.

4. General Liability Disclaimer

• Boscape is not responsible for the availability, quality, safety, or execution of the activities offered by Hosts.
• The use of the platform is at your own risk. Boscape is not liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from your use of the platform.

5. Cancellation Policy

• Each Host defines the cancellation terms and time limits when creating the activity.
• Clients must review the cancellation conditions before booking. Boscape is not responsible for refunds.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content, logos, designs, and materials on the Boscape platform are the property of Boscape or their respective owners.
• It is prohibited to reproduce, distribute, or use any material from the platform without prior written authorization.

7. Minimum Age for Payments

• Only individuals over 18 years of age or legally authorized may complete payments through Boscape.
• By making a payment, the user confirms compliance with this requirement.

8. Acceptance of Terms

By using Boscape, both Hosts and Clients expressly agree to these terms, and acknowledge that they have read, understood, and accepted all the conditions outlined herein.
