These Terms and conditions (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you (“You”) and Boscape (“Boscape”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing or using the Boscape platform, you confirm that you understand and accept these Terms.
Boscape provides an online booking and activity management platform that enables businesses and individuals to manage reservations, customers, and payments.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
All subscriptions are processed and billed securely through Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. Prices are displayed in USD. Subscriptions are billed automatically on a recurring basis monthly. You will receive a receipt from Lemon Squeezy for every successful payment.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date. The renewal price will remain the same unless otherwise stated. If prices change, we will notify you in advance.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing page in your Boscape account. Canceling a subscription takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to premium features until the billing cycle ends.
Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy: https://boscape.com/terms/refund-policy - Lemon Squeezy does not automatically issue refunds on cancellation. Refund eligibility may include: Duplicate purchases, Accidental renewals (within a reasonable time window), Technical issues preventing service usage.
If a payment fails, Lemon Squeezy will retry the charge automatically. If the payment cannot be processed, your subscription may be paused or downgraded. Please ensure your payment method remains valid.
You can update your billing details through your Boscape account. All financial information is securely processed and stored by Lemon Squeezy. Boscape does not store credit card details on its servers.
All content, trademarks, and software on Boscape are the property of Boscape. You may not reproduce, copy, modify, or distribute the platform without permission.
Boscape is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Boscape is not liable for:
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform.
Boscape does not process or facilitate payments for activities, tours, rentals, reservations, or any service offered by Hosts.

Hosts may connect their own third-party payment accounts (e.g., PayPal) to receive payments directly from their customers.
Boscape only provides the interface to connect external gateways, but does not intervene in or facilitate the transaction flow.
Payments made by customers are sent directly to the Host’s PayPal account, without passing through Boscape.
Boscape generates revenue exclusively from Lemon Squeezy subscription billing for Hosts, not from customer payments or booking transactions.
Hosts are fully responsible for managing customer payments, refunds, invoices, chargebacks, disputes, and tax obligations related to bookings.
Lemon Squeezy is used only to charge subscription fees to Hosts for access to Boscape, and is not used for activity or booking payments.
Boscape is a subscription-based SaaS platform. We do not process bookings payments. Lemon Squeezy is used only to bill Boscape subscription plans for Hosts.
We may update these Terms occasionally. If significant changes occur, we will notify you via email or on the platform. Continued use of Boscape after updates means you accept the new Terms.
